All digital sales are final

Every product sold by ChromaPacks is a digital wallpaper file, delivered to you immediately after payment. Because these files are downloaded instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Please review the preview images, included resolutions, and file details on the product page before purchasing.

Exceptions

We will make it right in the following situations:

You were charged twice. If a duplicate charge appears for the same pack, contact us and we will refund the duplicate in full.

You never received your files. If your download link failed and we cannot get you access, we will issue a full refund.

Your files are corrupt or incomplete. If the files won't open, or a pack is missing wallpapers that were listed on the product page, we will send working replacements. If we can't, we will refund you in full.

To request a refund under any of the above, contact us through the Site within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem.

What we cannot refund

Change of mind after purchase
Accidental or duplicate purchases made by you
Buying the wrong pack
Dissatisfaction with the look, colour, or style of the wallpapers
Files not fitting your screen or device where the included resolutions and aspect ratios were listed on the product page
Packs purchased at a promotional or sale price

Before you buy

Check your resolution and aspect ratio. Every product page lists the resolutions and aspect ratios included in the pack. Wallpapers are supplied at fixed sizes — if your display or device isn't covered by the listed sizes, the files may crop or scale in ways you don't want.

Previews are accurate. The images shown on each product page are taken directly from the wallpapers in that pack. What you see is what you get.

Colour will vary slightly between screens. Displays differ in calibration, brightness, and colour profile. A wallpaper may look subtly different on your phone than on a calibrated monitor. This is normal and is not a defect.

If you're unsure whether a pack will work for your setup, contact us before you buy. We would rather answer a question than process a dispute.

Chargebacks

If something goes wrong with an order, please contact us first. We respond quickly and will resolve legitimate problems. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your access to our products being revoked.
